About

The Regional Niagara Road Safety Committee formed in 2003 following a community meeting to discuss the increase in the number of serious and fatal motor vehicle collisions happening on Niagara roads.

Our Regional Niagara Road Safety Committee members:

Think and Drive is part of the overall plan that teaches drivers about local road safety issues and how they can take personal responsibility for making themselves and Niagara's roads safer.

We work with provincial, regional and municipal governments and services, local media, business associations, employers, schools, community groups, individuals and other stakeholders to support, implement and promote Think and Drive. We aim to reduce all reportable motor vehicle collisions in Niagara, using education, evaluation, enforcement, engineering, and advocacy.
