Mocktails for Celebrating

Celebrate Safely with non-alcoholic drink recipes!

Holiday Sparkle

  • 1 litre cranberry cocktail
  • 1 litre of white grape juice
  • 2 cups of club soda
  • fresh fruit slices

Combine cranberry cocktail and grape juice in punch bowl. Gently stir in club soda. Garnish with fresh fruit slices. Makes eight cups.

Celebration Punch

  • 2 cans of pink frozen concentrate lemonade
  • 1 can of 5-Alive frozen concentrate
  • 2 litre of ginger ale
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • ice cubes, maraschino cherries and fruit slices to garnish

Mix all ingredients, adding the ginger ale just before serving. Makes about 15 cups of punch.

Moette Punch

  • 1.89 bottle of pineapple juice
  • 1.89 bottle of white grape juice
  • 1 litre of club soda or ginger ale
  • 1 pint of raspberry sherbet

Add sugar to taste Mix the fruit juices and sweeten to taste. Pour into punch bowl and add scoops of sherbet just before serving.

Strawberry Yogurt Whip

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 4 cups natural yogurt (175 grams each)
  • 2 cups of ice

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Put ice cubes in six tall glasses and pour yogurt mixture over. Serves six.

White Sangria Punch

  • 1 litre of white grape juice
  • 1 litre of Club Soda
  • juice of one lemon and one lime
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • ice cubes

Combine ingredients and serve. Makes 8 cups.
